The site’s address is giving you a hint that they staff only certified and qualified resume writers. Is that really so? When I opened the site, it met me with an explanation what is different in their approach to resume writing. They offer resume writing and coaching services, which are the most demanded ones for a job-seeker. I was also looking for a CPRW label on their site, but didn’t see it anywhere.
Price policy
I was eager to know about their prices, but when I clicked ‘get a quote’, it took me to another website. But it’s not easy to get an estimate even here. First, you are required to fill in lots of fields and leave your request for a quote. Order details
I requested a quote for my CV and LinkedIn profile. I expected to get a soon reply, but they got to me only 5 hours later and told that my package would cost about $600. A little bit above average, but they convinced me they provided services of outstanding quality on a high level, so I placed my order. By the way, they don’t have any order form on the site.
Quality of writing and support
For those who prefer being constantly assisted: they don’t have support team or live chat to work with you along the way. Conclusion
The CV was received by me in 5 days. As I opened it, I saw at once that it needed some amendments. I gave them a call, and was answered to contact the writer and address all claims to them. Remembering how long I was waiting for reply at the very beginning, I realized that I didn’t have time for that. So, I fixed a resume on my own and sent it. I don’t think I will ever contact them – though the resume quality was good, their attitude needs much serious improvements than my resume.
